2018 ELECTION RESULTS
The following Board members were re-elected in their Subdistricts and will serve a four-year term:
At-Large: Keith Ostermeier, Grand Island; Subdistrict 1: Brian Keiser, Gothenburg
Subdistrict 2: Chris Henry, Cozad; Subdistrict 3: Steve Sheen, Kearney
Subdistrict 5: Deb VanMatre, Gibbon; Subdistrict 6: Jerry Milner, Grand Island
Subdistrict 7: Ed Stoltenberg, Cairo; Subdistrict 8: Alicia Haussler, Grand Island
Subdistrict 9: Ed Kyes, Central City; Subdistrict 10: Chuck Maser, Grand Island
Search Committee for Subdistrict 4: Keith Stafford, Deb VanMatre, and Ed Stoltenberg will serve as the Search Committee to recommend the appointment of an individual for the Sub-district 4 vacancy. Letters of interest will be accepted until December 31, 2018. The candidate selected will be appointed at the January 2019 CPNRD Board of Directors meeting for a term of two years. Sub-district 4 includes a portion of East Central Buffalo County including part of Northeast Kearney and a portion of Northwest Hall County. The CPNRD Board of Directors is elected to protect and preserve a wide scope of natural resources within the district. There are 21 members, each serving a four-year term. The board consists of one At-Large member and two directors in each Subdistrict. Directors in the same sub-district are elected in alternate election years.
